Always a great experience at Taco Bell! The food is fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile. This place was pretty big and clean. They have a lot of kiosks to place your order. The restroom was big and decent looking. The food we ordered was piping hot and fresh. I was even happier because they had the caramel apple empanadas in stock, iykyk..... people that work here were super friendly and nice.
I know what I'm expecting when I go to a Taco Bell. No, it's not going to be authentic Mexican food, nor will there be any frills or an expectation of exceeding levels of customer service especially as I highly doubt the staff are paid well enough to do anything more than provide me with the meal I ordered. And on that front, this spot deserves 5 stars. This location is always clean when we arrive, the staff are kind and the food is fresh. We've had one issue where we ordered a veggie power bowl and it came with chicken but were able to easily remedy it through the app we ordered it on. Overall, I will keep coming back for my cinnamon twists and veggie power bowls as long as this chain keeps the prices low.
This location has a renovated interior and quite clean. They mainly rely on kiosk ordering but you can also order from a cashier too. It's a bit busy during lunch rush but the workers are staffed well to churn out the orders. The food is on par with other Taco Bell locations so that's why it's good. I like the Mexican Pizza and Nacho Fries which always come out hot. The drive thru can be a long line which can cause a traffic jam in the small parking lot. They're using AI in the drive thru ordering now which is a hit or miss for me.
